2010 - pretty much an eventful year
spend the first 4 months having holidays, cos it was after the big 'O's
did practically nothing and all, except for hanging out with hy for like 3/4 of the time
and having random fun
random fun, random meetups
worked for the last month of holidays for blue ribbon
quite interesting i must say
selling chocolates, meeting a super handsome angmoh while working..
but, what's the best part?
eating them. *noms*
met some people, left some people.
colleagues, friends, random people.
that's what life is right?
some stay and some go.
had a r/s, broke up.
finally had the courage to cut away my long hair.
it was a super long decision, struggled with myself whether to snip my hair for 2 whole bloody years and i finally managed to do so.
finally got the effing balls to cut my hair away
decided a new change for poly, hence the decision to snip my hair off once and for all.
so, i entered poly.
met new people, once again.
made a few awesome friends, loving them till the very end.
first group project, i look damn innocent here O.O
not forgetting to mention the rest (those in both g1 and 2), im still trying to know each and everyone here more?
but then i can't be close and nice to everyone.
got closer to a few more people, like leon, marcus etc.
nice people to know.
so i when into poly, got a few comments regarding me having a super unfriendly, proud face etc.
i swear i never had such comments before, came me to pretty much as a shock.
so one new year resolution is to like smile more?
that's because i don't wanna be come across as an unfriendly person.
took up a design course.
wasn't what i really wanted, but now im interested in it.
well, it takes time.
the course pretty much killed me mentally as well as tortured me due to the lack of sleep.
gave me helluva good and bad times.
rushing to complete my models,
chionging for last minute studio works,
panicking because the deadline is just 5 minutes away and i still haven't print my work,
learnt stuff (plenty of stuff i had zero knowledge about),
playing ice and water way after school hours,
south canteen nuggets, gossipy lecturers etc
look at the mess!
life's pretty much eventful.
the fun, laughter and all
but life in poly can get pretty scary sometimes (imo)
with all you know, backstabbing shit, which happens practically everywhere now.
this year, i can't really tell whether it's more to the good or bad side
but it was different, compared to all the previous years when i was in secondary school
i spent alot of times reminiscing about secondary school,
because it's probably one of the best periods i have in my life
it's way too different from the life now
i have to fend and fight more for myself, i can't slack like i used to.. and.. it's just different.
the people's different too.
went to genting, twice or thrice this year, well it was fun.
at least it's a getaway from singapore.
went to thailand for the 3rd ever time in my life.
was a little different compared to the previous times.
visited the village area this time around and i didn't shop till i drop, which is like a super sad thing to me.
lemme drift, suddenly i thought about schoolwork
usually it'd be a new school year
but now all i can think is deadlines and submissions i have to hand it coz im having my term break now, aww, this is shit.
3 more days to school reopening and i have like done, not even 10% of all the work.
gosh.
and i finally turned 18!
i have been waiting for this day, since idk when.
now im legal.
i grew fat, but now im slimmer. HAHAHA.
i look at my chubby face i wanna faint! ):
heheh, slimmer abit. yay! must more slim. <-- clem plz look at this and work hard too

and to the people who drifted and the people who left, i will remember you
pretty much enjoyed 2010, hope 2011 will be a better year (just let me huat HAHAHAHA!)

on a last note, this year made me realised way more things.
i have definitely grown to be more mature in thinking.
im turning 19 in 2011, ahhhhhhh!
i don't wanna hit 20!
okay, snap out of it pamela.
changed my sense of dressing and also my way of thinking of course!
we can't all have things our way, but we can make things happen.

i'm still thinking about my new year resolutions because i won't really fulfill them
but i have plenty of them
most importantly, i just hope i can pass year 1 and continue year 2 without quitting
i will be more than glad if my gpa doesn't fall below 3
2010 just zoom pass like that.
